We are currently not able to read our faxes AT ALL. NONE. They are all illegible when they hit the fax server. We are a doctors office and 24 hours of no faxes is a critical failure in our world. We are not getting much help or information from support. Has anyone had issues such as this before? We have not really had a critical system down error before this one. This is urgent to us and we are not receiving the support we would expect for such a critical part of our business.

Some faxes have just a single vertical line down the center of the page. Other faxes are not readable because there are horizontal lines messing up whatever is on the page. Very few faxes have more than one page, even if the cover page states there are multiple pages. They are not coming over. I am attempting to attach a few examples. The only clear and complete faxes are the "TEST" faxes that Ring Central is doing. This is very frustrating and we will lose $$$ and business over this. They are all turned 90 degrees left for whatever reason when I printed to pdf.. This was NOT happening previous to today. It was all over. All faxes, not one was good. However, it appears to be much improved today, so someone fixed something overnight. Unfortunately, we have no way to retrieve all the faxes we lost yesterday and support didn't seem to really think that was a problem.


This is happening with our outgoing faxes since last week.
