I received information from a number of our users today that some of their incoming faxes are being marked as Robocalls. When they receive these in email, they are unable to open the PDF attachments.
I have tried adding Company Contacts in the RingCentral app but none of them appear in the Company Contacts section. They all end up in the Admin's personal contacts. Since these are external sources with fax numbers only for contact and are typically a medical company or doctor's office, does each user have to add the "robocall" fax information to their own contacts?
