Hello- I have a main account with 6 users lines. 3 of those lines I set up on SMS they need to be able to directly communicate with customers and not only send text but also receive the direct reply. The extensions are ready to use on the admin portal. It worked for the first day it was ready they did receive incoming messages, however the next day they stopped seeing any incoming. In the Incoming SMS it only shows the desk user numbers and these are not the 3 for the incoming domestic lines needed for incoming messages. Can any one provide help?
