I have an iPhone X and have updated to the newest Ring Central app. When I am on a Ring Central call and my cell phone rings, the Ring Central call will be cut off and vice versa. It's hard to use my cell phone without worrying that either a RingCentral or cell phone call will be cut off. Any suggestions?

Hey Maura, what version of the app are you on?
I just downloaded the newest version and I also heard from support - they are working with Apple to fix this glitch as part of IOS 13.2.
Yep! That's what I was just told. Once you're on the 13.2 version, you shouldn't have that issue anymore 🙂
