I tried to make a call on my computer, and I received an error advising that there was a problem and I needed to try again later.

I checked, and there aren’t any reported widespread issues right now. It may be specific to your setup.

Here are some quick things to try:

  • Restart your computer and the RingCentral app

  • Check your internet connection

  • Make sure your audio devices are set up correctly

  • Update the RingCentral app

  • Check your firewall/antivirus settings

You’ll also want to include the exact error message, your app version, and your operating system when reaching out. Hope this helps!
