Like the user above’s question last year, I also need to delete all personal contacts and start over.
We are testing contact import routines prior to implementation of 65 new users onto RingX, which will setup to synch with our MS Outlook. Those procedures are easy, but to continue testing the procedures, we need to delete all personal contacts on my account. I went to the admin portal, chose My Extension, and the personal contacts chart is blank.
Has the feature you spoke about a year ago now been created … or can you help me delete all personal contacts without manually deleting?
