Is there a way to forward text messages to your mobile number like google voice?

One thing I like about google voice is you can set to forward any text messages that come into your google voice number to your native mobile number and on your mobile reply back to that and it somehow knows the number. This is super convenient with Siri because it works with the native Siri capabilities. Is there any way to do this with Ringcentral?

Have you tried sending messages to SMS in your notification preferences? I am not sure how it will work when you reply to them, but you should try it.
