Issues with inbound sms and incompetent staff

The statement “may take up to 24 hours” has not held true for inbound sms i have had numbers for inbound sms put in for over a week that are still in progress i have tried reaching out to support staff to no avail. 

i will most probably be cancelling my company’s account and moving to another provider due to the incompetence of the staff assigned to me and unreasonable time it has taken to resolve the issue of numbers not sending but only receiving sms.

Literally the dumbest way to lose a customer ever.

does anyone have any bright ideas?
