Limited Extension Ring Group

I am trying to get multiple limited extensions in a ring group. Is this possible? I have tried Shared Lines, Call pickup, Call monitoring, and queues, and it appears you have to have an MVP license to be added to these groups. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?
