I have been receiving no assistance from RingCentral regarding inbound SMS functionality, which does not require TCR registration. I have raised multiple tickets over the past two weeks, yet the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, there has been no communication from your team explaining the problem or the obstacle preventing the number from being enabled for inbound SMS.
What’s more concerning is that tickets are being closed or marked as duplicates without any discussion or resolution.
Therefore, I am looking to register an official complaint and request access to the appropriate complaint form.
