My Caller ID was set up correctly and then started being flagged as Potential Spam

I’ve been with Ring Central since September of last year, and it took some time for my caller ID to get set up correctly.  

It finally started working right after a few months. 

Earlier this month my SMS finally got approved, and I was just informed by some customers that my caller ID started showing up as potential spam

Help me please
