My Greeting Plays _after_ Forwarding to External Number

When customers call any of my number a recorded greeting is played, that identifies our company and notifies the caller that calls are recorded, to keep us in compliance with federal law. 

I’m using the Custom Rules in my Call Handling Settings to Forward Calls to an External number.
The number I forward to also has a recorded greeting. 

The problem I have is that once the call is transferred to that External number BOTH recorded greeting play over top of each other.

How can I set it up so that my greeting is played again when the transfer occurs?
