New User Issue
When logging into RingCentral via Single Sign-On, the G4S company option is not appearing (see attached image).

It looks like the user had already registered their email under a free stand-alone account. I went ahead and removed that free account for you. Please try removing the user and then adding them back again. Everything should work fine now. :)
