Hello, we are a small business that is new to Ringcentral. One question we have as we set up the system is on Operator setup.
Since we have multiple people check the company voicemail, in addition to each of us having our own voicemail, is it best to set up one user as the operator that everyone can log in and check or is it better to have a message only extension or is there another way that I don't even know about?
