I've added our main office number to HUD and turned the setting "Ring when any user I am monitoring receives an incoming call." However, while I hear a ring for my own incoming calls, I don't hear one for the main office number incoming calls.

You can go into the main extension (On your account, it is user ext. 1), and go to Phones and Numbers, Phones, Presence, select Permissions, and enable you to see that extensions presence.

If you don't have access to do this, have the super admin on your account reach out to support and ensure that you are enabled to see that extensions presence, allowing you to hear the ring :)
