Not Receiving Incoming Calls

Over the last 24 hours I have not been able to receive any inbound calls. My dialpad was not working as well and I had many instances of one way audio. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I still cannot receive inbound calls. I cannot get in contact with anyone from RC phone, does anyone have any solutions before I find a new service provider?
