I’m hoping someone here can help us escalate an ongoing issue with our TCR registration, as we are at our wits’ end.
We have been trying to complete our TCR registration for over a year. During that time, we have submitted the registration form multiple times and have been charged for every resubmission. Each time our application was denied, we contacted RingCentral for support—by phone, chat, and email—easily 20+ interactions at this point.
In every instance, we were connected with a TCR representative who:

Walked us through the application step by step

Told us exactly what to enter and how to word it

Assured us the submission should be approved
Despite following those instructions exactly, every single submission has still been denied.
At this point, the impact on our business is severe. We no longer have the ability to send outbound text messages, we’ve incurred repeated charges, and we’ve spent countless hours working with support—yet we are no closer to resolution than when we started.
We are simply trying to understand who we need to speak with to finally get this resolved. Is there a specific team, escalation path, or dedicated TCR specialist who can take ownership of our case and see it through to approval?
Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and we’re simply looking for a clear path forward.
