Outage

We have our after hours forward to another number, I tried to set it to after hours schedule to forward and that still doesn’t work, doesn’t even forward right now.

​@Ron p  ​@RPBROWER I’m sorry, but we don’t have a workaround at the moment. Please refer to our official thread about the outage to keep you informed as soon as we receive any new information or a potential solution.

 

Best option is to try to port your phone number(s) to a different service.  This is inexcusable. A well-run operation would have redundancy so this does not happen.
