Hi all,
I’ve been running into persistent issues with the RingCentral Android app and wondering if others are experiencing the same — or have found a fix.
❗ The Errors I'm Seeing:
- 	Every time I open the Phone tab in the app, I get this popup: "Phone calls only" 
 Sorry, we are having a temporary server issue. You can continue to make and receive phone calls, but cannot use other features.
- 	Occasionally, I also get: "Cannot recover" 
 Sorry, we're having trouble recovering your app.
✅ What Works:
- 	I can make and receive calls 
- 	Voicemail and fax features work fine 
🛠️ What I've Tried:
- 	Reinstalled the app 
- 	Cleared storage/cache 
- 	Granted all app permissions (Phone, Contacts, SMS, etc.) 
- 	Tried on Wi-Fi and mobile data 
- 	Verified that the app is not battery-optimized or restricted 
- 	The issue has been there since I first installed the app 
I’m starting to wonder if it’s a provisioning problem (like messaging/SMS not enabled on the backend), but I can’t confirm.
Anyone else seeing this? Is this just cosmetic or is something actually broken?
