Polycom VVX 411 - Extensions on wrong side of display

Phone recently updated on VVX 411. Extensions on display moved from left side of screen to right. This has moved favorite contacts off the screen and the four soft-buttons on the left have no function. I have reviewed the manual and reviewed the manual, but have not found any success in resolving this issue. Thanks.
