Popups when adding a conference call

While using the RingCentral app on an iPad, a separate popup will appear if I try to perform a conference call. This is particularly annoying because the popup does NOT include the button to merge the calls together. The popup also does not allow me to move/drag & drop the popup window out of the way to access the ringcentral app running in the background, which does have the button to merge the calls. It is essentially a virtual barrier blocking the buttons.  

This is also troubling because I can no longer multi-task and access the ring central app to consult a text message. This unnecessary popup just takes up half the screen and cannot be moved out of the way. It is extremely harmful for productivity and operations as I cannot perform basic functions due to that pop-up window.
