I have set up a "free trial" account which we were immediately billed $657 for (thanks for that by the way). My question is, since we obviously didn't want the generic phone number they gave us and will need to port our current business phone number to this service, how do we change that number to be our primary business phone number and get rid of the one that was assigned to our account?

Hi @Daniel Blanke, when submitting a porting request through the Admin Portal, there is an option to replace the temporary numbers with the numbers you are transferring in. For the step-by-step process, please click the KB article link below.
