Porting number from NITCO

I have two number with NITCO (Northwestern Indiana Telephone Co/1) but they are not portable with Ring Central. I'd like to request an arrangement be made with NITCO to allow porting of numbers. Is this possible?

Hi Bill,

If there is no rate center in the area, we are unable to port the number. Currently, RingCentral doesn't have control over where rate centers are - that's based on the city and the business needs for VoIP.
