Trying to change the Presence numbers on my desk phone (VVX 411). The changes take and show while in the configuration setup online (https://service.ringcentral.com/application/settings/settings/phonesAndNumbers/phone), but don't make it to the actual phone whenever I select a reset of the phone to push those changes. Any thoughts?

Where did you get your phone from? If you bought the phone from us, you should check with Support about what's going on. However, 3rd party devices don't support the Presence feature.
