I have a user on a Polycom VVX 350 desk phone that has to press 1 to answer a call that comes directly to his extension. It was not like this at our launch, the user has no idea how it was changed to that, I have looked through every setting on the handset and the admin site, and he is the only user this has happened to.
Does anyone know how to turn this off? When answering an incoming call, we want to pick the headset up and start talking to the individual.
