I see 467 Items that were sent to Ring Central since November of 2019. What has Ring Central done to answer these questions and how do we all get those answers?

Steve, as I mentioned before, we update threads when we hear from Product that changes have been made. If you're in the thread, you'll get an email about it. 

If changes don't occur, we'll connect with Product to determine if the feature you're hoping for is coming, not possible, or in the works.
