Our admin has setup two of us in the call queue for our main company phone number (404) 000-0000. When a call comes through to that main number, my RC app does not ring. If a call comes in to my direct number (404) 111-1111, however, it does ring.


I'm logged into the app with my personal login. My toggle is on to accept queue calls & data (voip) calling.


Why would the app not be ringing?

Hi Danno, your reply beat me to the punch. 45 seconds ago I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app and it's now working despite the fact that I had the latest version.
