How to record a non phone presentation in clients home

What does this mean?
Here are a few things one can record:
- record a phone call
- record a video meeting
- record a greeting for voicemail
- record a greeting that plays before connecting a call

It sounds to me like you are talking about something completely different though. Please provide more details.

Meeting with a client in their home for Medicare.  How to record?

I don’t think RingCentral was design to record face-to-face meetings.

If you care only about capturing the audio of the conversation with your client I’d look into using a different software, like a “voice recorder app”

If you care about capturing auido & video, easiest would be to use your phone camera.

If you really want to use RingCentral for recording face-to-face meetings I’d do this:
- start a video meeting on your mobile phone
- no need for other participants to join
- no need to allow camera or to share screen
- just make sure you are not muted and record the meeting.
- it will output an .mp4 file (which you can convert to .mp3)

using a random “Voice recorder app” is much easier
