We changed the name of an employee that appears on 99% of our company phones presence display. Is there a way to force all the phones to reset to reflect the new name? The only way I know is to restart each phone individually by hand.

Hi Michael, there is no option to reset all at once, but you can do it individually without going to the desk phone hand in hand. If you're the Admin, you can log in to the web portal, go to Phone System > Phones & Devices > User Phones > select an active phone > then click Resync.
