Restrict number of fax send from app

We are looking for an option to restrict certain number of fax sent from RC desktop app?

Example, we need to restrict 10 fax per day send from desktop app, where will that can be configured? In app or admin console?

I am not sure if this can be done. I dont think such restriction possible.
