Ring Central APP - blows my eardrums when the phoen rings

What is the solution to this?  I am so unhappy.  Everytime my phone rings on my iPhone air pods or, ‘any other’ bluetooth device, including my Ray Ban Meta’s…  it blows my ear drums out.  It is absolutely ridiculous that you can’t set the ring volume on the APP.

I have tried every possible setting, and I can’t seem to fix this.  What is the fix for this?  As a last resport, can I silence the ring?

This software is crap.  I regret integretting it into my software.  I should have went with Twillio.
