Ring Central App Faxing - Missing attachments

The documentation for sending a fax via the RC App shows there should be the “paperclip” attach button, but it does not appear as an option for us to click. Is there anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?

Can you check the following:

More > Account Settings > App Integrations > Local App Device Integrations > Files.

If it’s not enabled - enable it and reload the app (Ctrl+R) or sign out and sign in
