RingCentral app and MS Teams ring together, how to stop this simultaneous ring
Currently if a user is using both the RC App and MS Teams is integrated with RC, when a call comes in, it rings on both RC App and Teams.
Is there a way to stop/chose where the user wants the call to ring, i.e. either the RC App or MS Teams.
The only option I currently see is to disable the RC and Teams integration for the user.

Thanks for bringing this up! You’re right — at the moment, if both the RingCentral app and the MS Teams integration are active for a user, inbound calls will ring on both. The primary workaround right now is to disable the Teams integration for that specific user if you only want calls to ring through the RingCentral app.

That said, it’s a good enhancement idea to have a toggle or preference setting per user for where calls should ring. I’d recommend submitting this as a feature request here: RingCentral Ideas Portal. Would be a great quality-of-life improvement for Teams-integrated setups!
