We recently moved to the RingCentral App (Video) from RingCentral Meetings. We have a handful of users who have installed the RingCentral App successfully (logged in to the app, no issues) but every time they click a link to join a meeting, the RingCentral App downloader kicks off and starts downloading the app again. I have reset the browser settings and changed the default to IE11, Chrome and Edge all with the same result.

Can you try to follow this instruction below, @Anne Sage ?
