I have just downloaded the RingCentral app for my job on my iOS device. Unfortunately it seems the app does not work with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can log in, until I need to put in the security code then I get an error message that says, can't recognize the device. I would love to see the app be updated so I can use it for my job or a place to see that my phone is not supported.

Got it to work by emailing support and they turned off 2 factor authentication.
