RingCentral Softphone not showing all options, Phone, Text, Fax, and Contacts options are missing.

@GELLE  Have you previously accessed these options in our app, or is this your first time logging in? Could you please try logging in to the web app (https://app.ringcentral.com/) and check if you experience the same behavior? Additionally, please send the email address you used to log in via private message so I can investigate from our end.
