Is anyone from the Seattle/Eastside area getting ringing phones, but once you pick up, no audio? We also try to get into the VM messaging center, and no tone, nothing.

We were down at our Seattle site only with same exact symptoms all morning. Just now got a call that they’re back up right now.  Haven’t heard anything on support ticket that I opened yet.


We just got back and running too. What did it was: unplug and cycle your modem. Then unplug and cycle your desktop phones.  Not sure if it was affecting the apps. Thank you! Glad they are up and running again for you!


We tried power cycling everything and rebooted the entire network first thing and no change, definitely wasn’t a network issue on our end, mobile app calls over Wi-Fi were working fine just the desk phones were down. Downdetector showed increased outage reports this morning as well but none of our other 20 sites were affected. Our local employees are blaming it on the snow!
