I purchased a common phone for my front desk that I would like to set to ring when our business line is called. Ideally my ringcentral phone app rings on my cell phone WHILE the front desk phone also rings. I cannot seem to set this CISCO 6681 to a particular extension or unassign it from the common phone. Please help!
