Good morning. Is there a way to have the call queue number shown as the caller id? Its not a company number therefore we cannot select it in the caller id dropdown but is there any way to show this as caller id when its a call queue? thanks all

Assumption is that you are talking about the incoming CID when you get a call?

If so the current options are the ones found in the Call Queue:
 

 

 

Or, are you talking about when you make a call out - selecting the CID from that drop-down?

 

 


Yes, thank you, I was talking about making a call out, I realised earlier today the number is actually available in the drop down for us to choose from.
