Since the latest RingCentral Phone Desktop update, using Ctrl+C to copy text from a SMS conversation no longer works.

Since the latest RingCentral Phone Desktop update, the commonly-used keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy text from a SMS conversation window no longer works.


Text in an SMS conversation can be highlighted, but the commonly-used keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C does nothing.

Hey all! I followed up with our Developers on this and it's a known issue that they are working towards getting fixed in our next release (11.0)
