We have spent 6 months since coming onboard at Ring and have not been able to get SMS set up after explicitly following instructions from the customer support team and having the issue escalated 6x. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am ready to cancel our contract but being told that we need to pay for the remaining 6 months!!!
Ring has not fulfilled their end of the bargain supplying services we need as a business. Has anyone sucessfully resolved this?
