When I view the SMS log on the Admin portal in RingCentral I am able to see the users’ names associated with their telephone numbers in both the “from” and “to” columns; however, when I download the log the users’ names are not showing in the recipient column when they are receiving a text.  Is there a way to add this in?

The absence of recipient names in the downloaded SMS log is a current limitation of the standard export from the Admin Portal. You may vote for this existing feature request at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/50273754-exported-sms-log-should-have-the-inbound-sms-recip.
