Problem: This issue has been continiung for 4 months. It looks like our messages are being turned off by Ring Central. After 2 pm EST our company messages will not be delivered and from the tomorrow it works like everything is fine. I tried to resolve the issue by calling to support and asked from our account manager. Every single time they escalate the case to the higher team and the higher team will escalate it to Tech Support Team. Then they email me asking what's happening. Then, I will explain the same thing over and over again by providing screenshots. After 4-5 days i receive an email about closure of the case. If you need more information about the issue please check all the opened cases on our account which you can find by my email.
Note: The internet is working fine.
