I’ve been trying to get SMS registration approved for over six months now. I’ve been rejected 3 times, and each time your agents told me my form and website were fine. I even asked the last agent to triple-check before I submitted. Still rejected.
To make matters worse, I was finally contacted today by a supervisor named Edgar — and he dropped the call mid-conversation and never followed up. That was incredibly unprofessional, especially after months of delay.
I’ve spent $20 per submission, and no one has been able to tell me what’s wrong. I need this escalated properly with:
