I'm close to giving up on getting through the SMS Campaign process!
I was approved to send SMS, with the same phone number, when I was with Zoom. I switched to RC in order to use BeeTexting. I’ve resubmitted my application at least 10 times (probably closer to 15 times), each time with RC customer support, and I keep getting rejected. The utter waste of my time has become so frustrating that I’m beginning to regret switching. Also, I’m paying for BeeTexting, and can't use it.
I have a very small business, which is all referral business; I have never done marketing, much less SMS marketing!
I’m beyond frustrated and getting close to just giving up….Help!
