Has anyone been able to get their SMS set up when a number is stuck in the “Set up in progress” Status?
Its been 7 days since my number was ported and I added it to the SMS pool. TCR was approved previously and it should have been as simple as a 24-48 hour wait to get it turned on. Every day there is another excuse and I’m told to wait another 24 hours.
