We recently changed the way our RC works so we can see incoming calls in the HUD. However now when external calls come to the hunt group it rings my softphone and mobile app. I only want calls to my extension / direct line to call my mobile app, don't want my mobile ringing 300 times a day or to get calls out of hours. It is handy to have transferred or internal calls to my mobile though.


I have now had to delete my mobile app, which I used to use quite a lot.
