Some cell phone operators such as Vivo and Tim are unable to complete any calls to our company.

I'm in a branch office in Brazil and some operators haven't been able to complete the calls, RingCentral doesn't receive the notification and these numbers aren't displayed in the call logs.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
