Texts are failing about 90% of the time. This is on iphone app and desktop app. With wifi and without (cellular). I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Called customer service and spent an hour 2x. No resolution. Any ideas on how to resolve? The problems happen with both new numbers and numbers my business has texted successfully previously. I've run out of variables to isolate.
