I have been trying to get my TCR registration approved since Around September of last year.  I have  submitted the registration approx. 6 times.  Each time I call ringcentral and they tell me what to do and each time I have completed the task.  This has included everything from changing my website to resubmitting the form with specific language.  I have been told on at least three occasions that the inflation has been reviewed and everything is correct; only to have been denied again.  I have asked for supervisions or someone who has more knowledge that the agents I get on the phone or chat.  Either ringcentral does not have anyone who is a supervision or the agents are trained to never put one on the phone -- either way I still dont have the TCR registration complete.  I had no problem with my prior, and current text provider, getting this approved.  Does anyone have any suggestions, contacts, or other help that can be offered to get this set up.  Thanks.
